Terms & Conditions

Scope: sistering the damaged wall studs behind the sink; replacing the window sill and plate framing; cutting out and replacing the damaged plywood subfloor with blocking; installing R-13 kraft-faced insulation in the wall cavities; hanging, taping, mudding, sanding and priming the mold-resistant greenboard; replacing the lower 36 in. section of the window trim and painting the trim and the wall to match; removing 3 base cabinets and disposing of them; removing the 2-piece countertop, including the end panel and bar top if they need to come off; removing the microwave; and hauling away the damaged material and jobsite waste.

Notes: jobsite will be left clean once the work is completed. The contractor is not responsible for damage caused inside the home while repairing. The contractor is not responsible for damage to the countertop during removal.

Warranty: 12 months workmanship on the project.

Not included: cabinet or countertop reinstallation; flooring installation; painting of the full room; mold, fungus or disinfectant treatment; permits.
