Scope: sistering the damaged wall studs behind the sink; replacing the window sill and plate framing; cutting out and replacing the damaged plywood subfloor with blocking; installing R-13 kraft-faced insulation in the wall cavities; hanging, taping, mudding, sanding and priming the mold-resistant greenboard; replacing the lower 36 in. section of the window trim and painting the trim and the wall to match; and hauling away the damaged material and jobsite waste.
Notes: jobsite will be left clean once the work is completed. The contractor is not responsible for damage caused inside the home while repairing.
Warranty: 12 months workmanship on the project.
Not included: cabinet or countertop removal and reinstallation; flooring installation; painting of the full room; mold, fungus or disinfectant treatment; permits.
